The road to enjoying your new custom-made awning is relatively straightforward. Once you have the decided on your awning product, we will take care of the order process for you.

Our friendly team will keep in contact throughout this process, from providing your final quotation through to installation, backed by our optional CoverCare extended service warranty. Here is the process of what to expect in the majority of situations:

1. Initial Enquiry

During our initial conversation on the phone will have the opportunity to tell us all about your project and what you would like to achieve. We will ask you some important questions that will help us to determine how best we can assist you. In some cases, we may be able to give you some estimate pricing, based on our discussion. 2. On-site consultation

Our experienced sales staff will then visit your site as arranged. This will enable us to obtain more site specific information, enabling us to provide a written, quotation, based on a number of factors including wall structures, cladding type, power supply, obstructions and / or limitations etc.

3. Quote Submission

Information from the consultation is used by our Sales staff to deliver a quote within 48 hours. Finer details such as fabric choices can be finalised later. Once we have received your signed quote Acceptance, our friendly Admin team will issue a 50% deposit invoice.

4. Manufacture

Once you’ve finalised any decisions your order is entered into our Production system so we build your custom awning to your exact specifications. On average it takes anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks for manufacture and is product and season dependent. More specific lead time information relating to your particular project will be provided in your written quotation.

5. Installation Preparation

When manufacture of your product is complete, our installation team will co-ordinate a suitable date and time for installation. As most installations are weather dependent, this will be a factor to be taken into account when we discuss a suitable installation date.

6. Fitting

On the agreed date our experienced installation staff will arrive on site to install your new awning. They will also perform any set up procedures and operation instructions, if applicable. For product specific information please click here.

7. Aftercare Service

Upon completion of your project, we will send an invoice for the remaining 50%. If you experience any issues within the Standard Warranty period for your product (See our Terms & Conditions) you can speak to our service team, and if we cannot solve the issue over the phone we will send an Awning engineer free of charge. If you have elected to extend your Warranty at time of purchase with our CoverCare peace of mind, your awning will be covered for a further period stated in your CoverCare document.
